The company was incorporated in 1997 and offers a professional staff with over 50 years of combined business experience in real estate. As former and present educators, we utilize our teaching skills for the edification of our clients. Our agents are all designated Realtors and both Valerie Kirkpatrick and Jim Wells hold brokers licenses. In addition Valerie Kirkpatrick, managing Broker, also holds her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and e-Pro designations.
