It was a treat to be able to show homes to two wonderful couples over the weekend in the Dallas and Richardson area. From that adventure, I’ve jotted down a few deep thoughts for your entertainment.
*If you need a storm shelter below ground for your next purchase~603 Dublin in Richardson is your house!
*Cashews are a more popular choice than saltines, about 60/40 I’ve noticed
*Dr. Pepper is typically chosen over Coke 60/40 (I know-a mild upset in my mind)
*Garages converted into music rooms or most anything else is usually going to hurt more then help you
*A little elevation to a lot is a good thing here in Texas
*Claremont is a little pocket subdivision in East Dallas where you can get a well built home for under 160k.
*Richardson Heights has some real value right now, but you’ll have to call me to find out which ones are the best!
*If you leave the back door open while showing, a curious cat will usually find its way in. :0)
As always, while we are working hard for you, we’d like you to refer us to people of comparable quality to yourself, who are thinking of the service we provide and who will appreciate our full attention and care to them before, during and after the real estate tranaction.
Sincerely,
Ryan
