The out of state landlord asked me to take over for my tenant clients shortly after we signed their lease. Keep in mind that I did not represent the landlord, but the tenants. Here is what he offered as his way of thanks "Many thanks for your diligent and effective work on our house to be rented and your follow up on the repairs and assuring the condition be suitable for our tenant. We appreciate you and we are looking forward to working with you in the future again."
